Evening of Hope highlights include:

• Children’s art gallery exhibit and sale featuring original modern art and photography created by Candlelighter beneficiaries.
• Silent and live auction prizes.

Proceeds raised will be used to support the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada.

Pasa la Prueba Prep Course Sponsors

The LIBRE Initiative logoFor the second time this year, Glen Lerner Injury Attorneys is pleased to sponsor The LIBRE Initiative and KMCC MundoFox Las Vegas’ Pasa la Prueba (Pass the Test) prep course to help Spanish-speaking community members prepare for and pass the Nevada DMV Driver Authorization Card written test.

The free February course will be taught by a DMV certified instructor at the Eastern Indoor Swap Meet (1560 N. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101) on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Heart Screening and Sports Physical Event Sponsor

The January 31st event is the sports foundation’s first physical and heart screening event for the year and will be held at First Person Care Clinic in downtown Las Vegas at 1200 S. Fourth Street for student-athletes ages 10 to 18.

Community Partners of the 2015 MLK Expo

Christmas Donations to Underprivileged Families

Our law firm was given the opportunity by a Las Vegas Valley school counselor to adopt two underprivileged families from Fremont Middle School.

Each family was asked to put together a wish list of items they would appreciate receiving for Christmas. Our staff members took each list to heart and the final outcome looked like this:

Donated Items to Support Campagna Academy

Glen Lerner Injury Attorneys’ Merrillville, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois personal injury law firms donated over 50 games and puzzles, and provided a $500 cash contribution to Campagna Academy.Campagna Academy

Our Indiana and Illinois law team originally heard about the Academy’s need for games and recreational items through Pastor Jim Clark of Dyer Methodist Church located in Dyer, Indiana. The church is less than 5 miles southeast of where the Academy is located.

The donations will directly assist the Academy’s tireless efforts to provide hope, encouragement, and support to at-risk and disadvantaged children, youth, and families throughout Northwest Indiana.
